Description
Leptospermum scoparium ‘Coral Candy’—a mānuka cultivar raised by E. F. Jenkins & Sons in Cranbourne South, Victoria (mid-to-late 20ᵗʰ century)—unfurls masses of double coral-pink to soft-red flowers from spring right through summer, delivering a vivid focal point in beds, borders, or pots. Evergreen and low-maintenance, it draws its resilience from wild mānuka native to Aotearoa New Zealand and south-eastern Australia (New South Wales, Tasmania, and Victoria) while offering a uniquely long-lived splash of colour.
