Plant Guarantee:

  • Reporting Problems: Please tell us about any issues within one week of receiving your plants.
  • Replacement Conditions: We’ll consider replacing plants that have been taken out of their bags.

Delivery:

  • How Often? We deliver weekly to most areas from Auckland to Christchurch.
  • Rural Deliveries: For rural addresses, we use specialist freight companies.
  • Ordering Time: Please order at least 10 days in advance.
  • Delivery Schedule: Contact us to find out when we’ll be in your area.

Planting and Care:

  • Bag Storage: Plants can stay in their bags for 4-6 months with daily watering.
  • Yellow Leaves: This means the plant needs to be planted.
  • Safe Storage: Keep bagged plants upright and secure.

Plant Terminology:

  • “Grade”: This refers to the bag size, measured in liters (e.g., 45L). P18 = 10L, P28 = 15L or 17L.
  • “Standard” (Std): This is the height where the plant is grafted onto the rootstock.
  • “In Production” (IP): These plants are growing roots and will be available in a few months.

Ordering:

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before we send your trees.
  • Upcoming Availability: Contact us to learn about plants that will be ready soon.
  • Printed Catalogues: We offer free printed catalogues. Just ask!

Payment:

  • Payment Methods: We’ll send you an invoice for online banking transfers. We also accept cash for pickups.
  • Payment Restrictions: We don’t accept EFTPOS or credit cards.
