Description
Leptospermum scoparium ‘Princess Anne’—a mānuka cultivar first listed by Duncan & Davies Nursery in New Plymouth in 1962—erupts each spring in double, snow-white blossoms accented by deep-maroon centres, creating a striking focal point in beds, borders, or containers. Once established it copes happily with frost and summer dry, provided it sits in full sun and sharply drained soil. Evergreen and bred from a species native to Aotearoa New Zealand and southeastern Australia, ‘Princess Anne’ delivers year-round structure and a dramatic seasonal show with minimal fuss.
